On May 20, 2015, Electrolux recalled Kenmore Elite Ranges due to fire and burn hazards: these ranges were sold exclusively at Sears and involve stainless steel slide-in ranges with gas cooktops and electric ovens. The burner flame can go out while the gas is turned on. This can allow gas to escape and poses fire and burn hazards.
